Returns & Refunds Policy

You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without providing a reason.

The deadline for cancelling an order is 30 days from the date you received the goods, or when a third party appointed by you (other than the carrier) takes possession of the product.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must notify us of your decision by sending a clear request via email.

Once the returned goods are received and inspected, we will process your refund within 30 days using the same payment method used for the original purchase. No additional refund fees will be charged.

Conditions for Returns

  • The product must be returned in the same condition as received

Products that have been opened, used, installed, or configured will not be eligible for return.

Technical Support & Configuration

Any technical support, installation, or configuration assistance requested for the product will be treated as a separate service and may incur additional service charges.

Non-Returnable Items

The following goods cannot be returned:

  • Products made to your specifications or personalized orders

  • Products not suitable for return due to their nature

  • Products that deteriorate rapidly or have expired

  • Products unsealed after delivery that cannot be returned due to health or hygiene reasons

  • Products that have been installed, configured, or integrated into other systems

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

We are not responsible for goods lost or damaged during return shipping. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service.

Refunds cannot be issued until the returned goods are received and inspected.

Gifts

If the product was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit once the returned item is received.

If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
